Justin Allen (born April 25, 1974) is an American writer of speculative fiction.

Justin Allen was born and raised in Boise, Idaho. He received a B.A. in Philosophy from Boise State University, and an M.F.A. in Fiction Writing from Columbia University. He lives in Harlem, New York City, with his wife, Day Mitchell.
